1. How does your agency match nannies with families?
We carefully assess both family and nanny preferences including experience, childcare philosophy, schedules and personality fit. Our thorough screening process ensures that we make the best possible match for both parties.
2. What qualifications do I need to become a nanny with your agency?
We require nannies to have prior childcare experience, strong references, a background check and CPR/first aid certification.
3. Do families and nannies sign a contract?
Yes. We provide a clear template contract that can be used between families and nannies outlining job expectations, duties, hours and compensation. This ensures a smooth and professional working relationship.
4. What types of nanny positions do you offer?
We place nannies in permanent full-time, part-time, live-in and live-out positions
5. How much does it cost to hire a nanny through your agency?
The cost to the family is 10% of the nanny’s annual salary. Nanny salaries vary depending on the type of care needed, the nanny’s experience and the job requirements. Our transparent pricing allows families to find the right solution to their childcare needs within their budget.

There is no registration fee for either family or nanny.
